Return and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

You may request a return for uBreathe products within 2 business days of delivery.
Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Provide Necessary Documentation: Attach product images, including packaging pictures, to your return request.
Return Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Return Fee: A fee of 15% will be applied to account for potentially reduced salability due to opened packaging. This fee covers shipping and gateway charges.
A fee of Rs. 999 will be charged upon cancellation of the pre-booked product.

You may cancel your order at any time after booking but before the order has been shipped.
Submit a Cancellation Request: Contact our customer service team with your order details.
Refund Process: Once your cancellation request is received, we will initiate a refund within 3-8 business days, depending on your payment method.
A fee of 5% may be applied to cover gateway charges.
A Cancellation fee of Rs. 999 will be charged upon cancellation of the pre-booked product.

Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
Incorrect Product: If the product received is not the one ordered.
Incomplete Order: If parts or accessories are missing from the order.

Opened or Used Products: If the product has been opened or used, except in cases of defect or damage.
Custom Orders: Products that are custom-make or personalized.
